Sophia and Michael got married at a spectacular house with amazing architecture. I was lucky to be able to shoot them in front of some remarkable arches that led into a stunning pool. Michael is from the United States so it was very nice to enjoy his whole family in Guadalajara, Mexico. The two sides of the family were happy to be there for the couple at all times and celebrate them from the bottom of their heart.
During the ceremony, the groom and bride gave vows to appreciate and acknowledge the strength and beauty of the love they share. In Mexican weddings, vows are unusual so it was moving to listen to the couple say some emotional words.
When I get married I want the light Sophia and Michael experienced at their wedding. It’s a breathtaking light that only occurs in the months of October and November when the sun begins to set earlier in the day. The way the sunset goes through the trees makes the photographs look like a fairytale. The light they were lucky to have as part of their day can only symbolize their wonderful bond.
