Zulema and Javier are the perfect example of “when it’s meant to be, it will be”. They met at a young age and dated on and off until they knew they wanted to be with each other for the rest of their lives. After starting a family together they decided to tie the knot. The presence of their beautiful son, Mateo, at the wedding made the ceremony a promise of not only Zulema and Javier’s love but also of the union of their family.
The wedding was held at Zulema’s grandparents’ house on Lake Chapala. The beautiful house was where Zulema spent her summers as a child so throughout the day the venue was a constant reminder of the prosperity of life and love.
During the shoot it began to rain which only meant more fun for them. They quickly resolved the situation deciding that using umbrellas would make their photographs even more unique. It was moving to see that not even bad weather could taint the happiness of their day.
Later on, Zulema and Javier’s family and close friends enjoyed a celebration inspired in tropical and chill vibes. It was nice to see their laid back personalities reflected in the details of their wedding day. Both are authentic and mindful when it comes to who they are and what they do. All elements of their wedding were meaningful to who they are as a couple making the whole wedding a true testament to their love and future together.
